At the dawn of time...
First blog post oh yeah!
Just kidding, nervous as hell right now, palms sweating the whole get go.
But you know what they say, it's all fun and games until you take a course in it. (insert awkward laugh)
Anyways, now that my awkwardness is out on the table lets get started.
This is my #0 blog for my art210 class. Let's be honest with each other, I'm not really good at saying stuff out loud or, well, typing it either. I'm a pretty closed in person that prefers to stay nice and snuggly warm in my head. Honestly it's funner there. It also doesn't help that I have permanent resting bitch face, so on a good day it looks like I'll murder your whole family. Yet, on the inside I'm laughing not at your family being murdered...or am I? From that we can gather I have a pretty dark sense of humor so let's move on.
Originally, I was a Forensics major and had huge dreams of one day being a Forensic Entomologist (it's basically dead people and bugs). Something bad happened though and I lost everything and with it my passion for a field I had spent so long gearing to go into. With hell breaking loose around me, I took a good friends advice and chose to do something I love and that makes me happy. Plan and simple that's drawing. I may not be the best at it and get so angry at myself while doing it but the end result always makes me feel something when most of the time I feel nothing.
That depressing part also being said, this class interests me because I want to be able to get into game and web design cause I have some pretty awesome monsters I'd love to bring to life. There are ideas flowing all through my brain and I hope this will be an outlet for them and being able to do that I have to learn which is something I also love to do. In the end I wanna be proud of the content I can put out.
